Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that ecoprints.co.uk prices are accurate. If an item is priced inaccurately on our website, we reserve the right to withdraw the item from sale.

VAT

The pricing on our website is inclusive of VAT.

VAT is charged on items sold within the EU. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. We are unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries as customs policies vary from country to country. We suggest you contact your local customs office for further information.

Security

All our transactions are carried out using PayPal. Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 Bit SSL is used

Payment

We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards. Should you not feel comfortable using our online secure payment system, payment can be made by cheque, goods will be despatched on clearance of cheque. This will delay delivery.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the date of delivery, without giving a reason for doing so. To exercise this right you must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing (postal letter, fax or emails will be considered acceptable notification). Under current legislation it is your responsibility cover the cost of and arrange safe return of any goods within a reasonable time following your notice of cancellation. Any goods returned under your right to cancel must be unused, complete and in their original condition. We will credit your credit/debit card within 30 days of your cancellation providing the returned item/s meet the aforementioned criteria

Faulty/Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours. The cost of returning faulty or damaged goods will be covered by ecoprints.co.uk.
